Online Marketing Manager Needed
Summary of Duties
The Online Marketing Manager will manage the online marketing web strategy for hereUare, Inc.. You will be an online marketing expert in high tech, business to business marketing– understanding the latest trends and knowing which channels have the highest return on investment. This individual will have a blend of acquisition and retention online marketing expertise, data analysis, and problem-solving. Experience with messaging servers a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Development of online sales engagement strategy to create a streamlined prospect experience during sales acquisition.
  • Manages relationships to develop new site designs and templates based on defined strategy
  • Create strategy for online marketing reporting/feedback including attitudinal site research, usability and web analytics
  • Manages web analytics including detailed analysis
Skills and Abilities Needed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years product/program marketing experience in high tech, business to business marketing including 3-5 years online marketing experience
  • Experience in managing web site usability and analytics
  • Solid knowledge of marketing practices and strategies (client acquisition and retention)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build strong relationships among internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing online marketing programs
  • Self-motivated, with a well developed ability to grasp assignments and manage from inception through to completion.
  • Comfortable working a fast-changing environment and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing complex projects across functional lines
  • Solid judgment in assessing critical vs. secondary business issues
  • Ability to manage changing requirements and short timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects at a time
