Engineering/Development
- Design test plan, includes specialized test hardware, fixtures and data acquisition equipment
- Develop a systematic testing procedure and reporting structure
- Collect and analyze test data and prepare reports explaining the results
- Perform in-process inspection of data and notify team of irregularities
- Design comprehensive test plan to include functional to system and environment level
- Communicate results across departments
- Have an in-depth understanding of messaging system and data flow
- B.S. in Engineering and minimum 8 years in networking experience
- Background in messaging systems and/or network testing is highly desirable
- Experience using a structured problem solving process
- Technical skills include:
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
- Environment of Windows/UNIX/Linux/Solaris operating systems
- Basic knowledge of relational database, MS SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle RAC

Seeking a senior software development engineer, reporting to our architect, to work on the design, and development of our messaging systems.
- Design and develop software
- Proactively contribute towards improving the features, sales, performance, and scalability of the product suite
- Create technical documents of the design and features that can be used for product marketing
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies and third-party products to integrate into the companys product suite
- Recommend best practices to be followed in the deployments of product suite
- BS in Software Engineering with at least 5 years of communications & networking industry experience
- Very strong skills in:
- Java, J2EE, EJB, XML, JMS, MQ Series, MDBs
- WebSphere Application Server, MQ Server, WebLogic Server, Oracle Database Server, Microsoft SQL Server
- Linux, Solaris, Windows
- JSP, JavaScript, HTML
- Browser technologies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
- Must have hands-on experience with designing and building enterprise class internationalized multi-tier J2EE web-based applications

As a principal of the technical staff, you will be a key member of our team to design the architecture, hands-on development, and implementation of major new features in our cutting-edge messaging products.

- 10+ years experience designing, coding, and implementing web-based apps with excellent knowledge of app server-based Java development in a JEE 5/J2EE environment
- Solid development experience with caching, messaging, Web Services, APIs, and distributed computing
- 5+ years development experience in a high performance, availability, scalability, and security
- Excellent knowledge of Java, C++, C, Hibernate, Spring, XML, CVS
- Excellent knowledge and experience in MySQL and Oracle databases
- Experience with a variety of web application frameworks, such as Struts, JSF, Eclipse
- Ownership of technology and platform strategy for back-end services and end-user web applications

The Customer Service Engineer is a key member of our support team specializing in troubleshooting and general customer support of messaging system.
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of high load messaging servers and cluster configurations.
- Solving customers field problems, on the telephone and in-house.
- Understand customers' environment and face to face customer interaction is required.
- Interface with IT managers, software and applications engineers to solve highly involved problems.
- Ideally, a candidate has at least 3-5 years experience working directly with messaging systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/UNIX/Linux/Solaris operating systems
- Well-founded knowledge of TCP/IP networking and internet-based protocols
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases like MSSQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
- Proven technical troubleshooting experience
- Desire to solve complex problems
- Hardware maintenance/IT skills
Minimum B.S. degree in a engineering or a related field and 3-5years of experience in networking design or system administration in the IT department. Ideally, the candidate has directly worked on installation and administration of messaging systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills. Has the ability to operate under high pressure and follow process and best-practice for problem reporting and tracking.
The Customer Service Engineer must have the ability to provide timely support of customers. Concise instructions for installation, training of operation and troubleshooting over the phone, via on-site visits and e-mail support. Ability to manage timelines, planning and scheduling of travel and expenses.
